Workout Plan

I started my workout program last Monday after I realized that I've gained too much weight from partying too much. Here is a quick update of how things went.

Monday: Did some cardio in the morning for 30 minutes, if I remember correctly. Cardio in an empty stomach is the best.

Tuesday: Went to my boxing class. Boxed for 2 hours straight and almost puked. On top of that, my instructor didn't open the windows and the class was full and it was about 90 fucking degrees inside. After a while, I felt so dizzy. I started seeing doubles and that's when I said "fuck it" and left the class. I went outside and sat for a good 15 minutes until I stopped seeing doubles. It was actually scary.

Wednesday: Didn't plan on doing cardio but had to help an old friend move his Suzuki 750. He went on a business trip and none of his friends could ride a motorcycle. So I had to move it from the storage unit to outside and his bike was fucking heavy. I was sweating like a pig! J, if you're reading this, you better take me out to dinner when you come back. Make sure you wear a nice suite and open all the doors for me too because it was a pain in the ass. You'll will be my bitch for that night :)

Thursday: Boxing. That class nearly killed me again. My stomach was sore for few days. Damn those crunches.

Friday: Day off

Saturday: Went to the gym and got lazy and ended up doing my neck

Sunday: Cardio morning and evening

Monday: Day off

It's Tuesday and I'm at 196 pounds. By next weekend, I'll probably be below 195.

Vibe, be a man! the only exercise you should do is lifting beer glasses and fucking (girls, unlike those other 'guys').
