Time to loose some weight again:

Woke up today and realized that I've gained a good 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks (FUCK). That's what happens to me when I work with outgoing coworkers. All of them want to get Indian food or Asian food for lunch and I get peer pressured into going with them. On top of that, I try to go out 3 times a week and that means consuming a shitload of calories. I had it enough of that. I'm going back to doing 30 minutes of cardio right after waking up. On top of that, I'll do 2 hours of martial arts. Time to loose about 15 pounds in the next 6 weeks and it'll be a piece of cake.


Loosing weight is easy. I've been working out since I was in high school and know my body really well. I can feel when I'm loosing weight and when I'm gaining weight. I can adjust my diet to the point where I can loose 2 pounds every week easily.

One thing that sucks about fast weight loss by doing really intense workouts of boxing and kickboxing is the strain it puts on my immune system. A lot of times, I end up catching a cough and a slight fever after 2-3 weeks of intense workouts. Hopefully, it'll be different this time. I'm planning on loading up on Vitamins and Echinichea and ask the doctor for advice of I get symptoms of a fever or cold. Plus I have a good 110 hours or sick leave and want to quit my job in the next 6 months. I need to calling in sick more often and cash in those hours.

I will definitly blog more about weight loss and martial arts in the next few weeks. Whatever is going on in my life, I'll blog about. Time to get my fatass back to the gym.

That being said, my start weight is 199.
